Delete account

If you would like to delete your TinyDose account and associated data, you can do so directly within the app.
In-app deletion
1Open TinyDose
2Go to Profile
3Select "Delete Account"
4Confirm your request
Request deletion by email
Alternatively, you can request deletion by email:
1Send an email to tinydose@alpstack.com
2Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
3Include your registered email address
What gets deleted
- Your account
- Child profiles
- Vaccination records
- Uploaded documents
Data deletion timeline
All data is permanently deleted within 7 days of request.
We do not retain personal or health data after deletion.
