Renish B is the founder of Alpstack, an independent engineering studio that builds and operates its own software products rather than only shipping them for others.

Two of those products drive most of the writing here. TinyDose is a vaccination tracking app that parents use to keep a child’s immunisation schedule on track. Indraft is a source-grounded content tool that drafts from publications you already trust and never auto-publishes.

The writing comes from operating both: what the schedules actually look like when a real family misses a dose, and what content pipelines actually do when nobody is reviewing the output.

Renish B is not a doctor and has no medical training. These articles summarise published guidance from the WHO, CDC, IAP and NHS, cite their sources, and are updated when that guidance changes. They are not medical advice. For any decision about your child, talk to your paediatrician.

What it does bring is the operator’s view. TinyDose is used by parents to track real schedules, and the questions that surface there are the ones these articles try to answer plainly, with a citation attached.
